NOAD is a non-profit, non-governmental network that facilitates people to improve their livelihoods and overall socio-economic situation by providing; information, low cost income generation skills and also supports family farms and rural groups mainly small farmers, unskilled landless labourers, tenants, women, disables and ethnic minorities whose members face the challenge of deepening economic recession in the villages.

NOAD has been registered with the Government of Punjab, (Pakistan) under the Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860. The Executive Board is the competent body to oversee the implementation of the project which has due representation of all the partner organizations of NOAD. Executive Board meets on quarterly basis.
