In a patriarchal rural culture, NOAD always prefers to work on gender equality. While working in villages, NOAD gives top priority to address the issues confronted by deprived rural women. Rural women are encouraged to enhance their entrepreneurial skills and are provided financial support to establish their small business.

Women and girls are also strengthened on their socio-economic and political rights and women international days are celebrated in different villages.
